LagerPlus — warehouse digitization
LagerPlus web system: stock and purchasing on top of MoySklad — dashboard, SKU registry, lost-sales view, buy lists, suppliers. Live — lagerplus.ru.
About the client
LagerPlus (lagerplus.ru) is a warehouse digitization panel: what’s in stock, what’s out, what to buy, who supplies it. Data comes from MoySklad inventory; UI is Laravel + AdminLTE; heavy tables use Yajra DataTables with response caching.
The pain they came with
Inventory software holds the books, but buyers need their own layer: minimum stock, lost sales, buy lists, and supplier export — without Excel and without waiting minutes on every filter.
-
Inventory ≠ buyer’s panel
Stock exists in accounting, but there are no clear screens for “what to reorder”, “where we lose sales”, or export for a specific supplier.
-
Tens of thousands of SKUs
Without cache and tight queries, DataTables on 50k+ rows stalls — filters and pagination become the bottleneck.
-
Min stock and pack rules
Minimum stock, pack multiples, and price automation live with the buyer — they need to sit next to the SKU card, not in personal spreadsheets.
How we guided them
We built a Laravel panel around MoySklad: dashboard → products → lost sales → buy list → suppliers, plus JSON cache and faster list versions (New / list-v2).
- 01
MoySklad API integration: products, stock, warehouses, staff, profit per SKU
- 02
Dashboard: users, SKUs, suppliers, cost / sale / purchase totals
- 03
Product registry, filters, minimum stock and pack multiples
- 04
Lost-sales and buy-list views with supplier/buyer export
- 05
DataOutputCache + indexes for heavy DataTables; New / list-v2 screens
- 06
Spatie roles, MoySklad token settings, local fonts without a CDN
In plain speak
Brief jargon — without the fog. How we explained each step to the client.
Lost sales
A list of SKUs with zero or below-norm stock — you see what sales you miss until you reorder.
Buy list
A table ready for a supplier order: price, pack size, stock, reserve — with file export.
DataOutputCache
Heavy table responses are cached and cleared when data changes — the list isn’t rebuilt from scratch on every click.
MoySklad as source
Catalog and stock come from inventory; the panel adds purchasing rules and reports on top.
What we did, step by step
Each step is a concrete change. Meaning on the left, screen on the right.
Dashboard
System overview: tens of thousands of SKUs, stock, cost and sale totals, purchase sum, catalog trends.
Lost sales
New table: purchase price, minimum stock, price automation, suggested stock — with Excel export.
Buy list
Order-ready list: supplier, SKU, pack size, stock/reserve/incoming, export for suppliers and buyers.
More frames from the project
Not a gallery for its own sake — a few screens that complete the picture.
