kargo24.su website development
A dispatch-style service for special equipment and freight: niche marketplace, custom UI, responsive layout, and a cabinet with payments — without a middleman dispatcher.
About the client
KarGo24 is a dispatch-style web service: customers find special-equipment and truck owners in the right city themselves. A marketplace for individuals and companies, direct contact, and site-service bonuses.
The pain they came with
On general classifieds for special equipment — noise and middlemen. They needed their own niche: a “no dispatcher” service where customer and equipment owner meet directly — with a usable cabinet, payments, and a brand face, not a stock template.
-
Niche drowned in general boards
On universal platforms it’s hard to stand out: special-equipment ads mix with thousands of others. They needed a service only about equipment and freight.
-
A stock template won’t stick
Another grey catalog looks like every competitor. They needed custom icons, animation, and clear roles: customer / equipment owner / carrier.
-
Without a cabinet the service is dead
Listings, balance, bonuses, and payments must live in a personal cabinet — or the marketplace doesn’t scale.
How we guided them
We locked a narrow niche and went into product: homepage search by tonnage and equipment → custom icon pack → responsive → personal cabinet with online payments and user roles.
- 01
Locked the niche: find and rent special equipment / trucks without a dispatcher
- 02
Built the homepage: hero, 1–20 t tonnage, service sections
- 03
Drew a custom equipment icon pack and homepage animation
- 04
Full responsive layout — no separate app
- 05
Built the cabinet from scratch: listings, companies, balance, bonuses
- 06
Connected top-ups via an online payment gateway
- 07
Split flows: customer / special-equipment owner / freight owner
- 08
Filled unique offers and watched engagement
In plain speak
Brief jargon — without the fog. How we explained each step to the client.
Dispatch service without a dispatcher
The customer finds equipment in the city and messages the owner directly — no extra middleman. Often simpler and cheaper.
Personal cabinet + online payments
In the cabinet — listings, balance, and bonuses. The account tops up online through a payment service, no cashier visit.
Custom icons and responsive
Not a foreign UI kit: equipment is recognizable by icons. On a phone the service reads like on desktop.
What we did, step by step
Each step is a concrete change. Meaning on the left, screen on the right.
Homepage as service entry
Clear right away what the site is for: find freight and special equipment without a dispatcher. Tonnage cards, service menu, CTA to post a listing or enter the cabinet.
Custom icon pack
From concrete pumps to hole diggers — dozens of equipment types with their own icons. Rent/sale/parts catalogs read faster and look unique.
Cabinet from scratch
Listings, companies, banners, balance with bonuses, payments, and support. Separate flows for customer, equipment owner, and carrier.
Engagement
Early analytics showed people spent over four minutes on the site on average — a signal they read the product instead of closing immediately.
More frames from the project
Not a gallery for its own sake — a few screens that complete the picture.
Where we landed
In a few months we built a niche marketplace: responsive, custom UI, working cabinet with payments. Average time on site — over 4 minutes. Domain kargo24.su — project of that period (hosting now shows a stub).
